The service

Yawp is an AI assistant that performs real-world errands on your behalf — placing phone calls and sending email — under your direction and approval. It identifies itself as an AI assistant to the people it contacts.

Your responsibilities

• Only direct Yawp at people and businesses you have a legitimate reason to contact. No harassment, no spam, no cold-call campaigns, no deception about who is asking.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your communications — including telemarketing, robocall, and call-recording consent rules where you and the people you contact live.
• Keep your account credentials and API keys to yourself; what happens under them is attributed to you.
• No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use of any kind.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules — that protects everyone else who uses the service and everyone it calls.

Approvals

Yawp is built so consequential actions wait for your explicit approval. An action you approve — a call that dials, an email that sends — is your action, carried out by your assistant. The exact draft you approved is what gets transmitted.

Billing

Paid plans are billed as subscriptions through Stripe, with an included errand allowance per billing period and optional top-ups. You can cancel anytime; service continues through the period you paid for. Where we owe you an accounting, the billing page in your dashboard is it.

What we don't promise

Yawp is an AI system operating in the real world: a business may not answer, an errand may not succeed, and the assistant can make mistakes. The service is provided as-is, and you should verify outcomes that matter — the receipts and transcripts exist so you can. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Ending things

You can stop using Yawp and close your account whenever you like — see the privacy policy for what happens to your data. We may end or change the service with reasonable notice.
